As the title suggests, I'm asking that PvP suppression mechanic not be included in PvE. In Ghost War when you start taking fire your character becomes disoriented and essentially cannot effectively fire back. It is a great mechanic in PvP to keep people from just going toe to toe and seeing who is the fastest gun/ROF in the Wlidlands. However, it is unrealistic.
To be disoriented like that, you pretty much need to either have received a TBI(sharp blow to the head/concussion) or have lost over a liter of blood. You can take hits and not realize that you have been hit. Here I'll let a real Spec Ops combat medic explain it:
I think the "it's unrealistic" reason for not wanting it is a really strange hill to die on considering what all is already in the game. It's fun, in my opinion, because it adds intensity to gunfights -- and that outweighs whether it's realistic.
But I firmly believe that if it does get added it needs to be an option that can be toggled. That's the best path for everybody.
I’m one of the few but I’d love to see the suppression mechanic in PVEOriginally Posted by Bone_Frog Go to original post
I play both modes and I love a challenge

Also disagree like many on here, especially at high tier levels fighting infinite ammo 100% accuracy at 100meters narcos running dual wielding uzi's you get a little tired of this whole "realism" thing some people think ubi actually cares about. These "realism" threads are getting real old, and generally not backed up by the game
