Hello everyone. So, I played today at least 10 games and tried different matches and in each one, I had this problem moving in frames or backwards and none of the matches were finished because in each one I got disconnected after playing 5-7 min. It didn't matter if the game was with bots or players. My ping was fine between 19-25 and still, the game moved in frames sometimes. I have lower down the graphics to high first, then to medium, nothing changed. I did check my internet provider speed and it was fine. Can you tell me what is the main problem? because I can't playis it the servers from the game having some issues lately?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I can understand how this is frustrating. The steps you have done so far are appreciated, we would also recommend you complete the steps HERE also.
Some other steps you can try include upgrading your GPU, ensuring Windows is up to date etc.. More information on how to do this is HERE.
After completing all of the steps, if you are still having issues, it is advised to send in your system files, that way we can take a look at what might be causing this.
