Surely it doesn't take 6 months to see that a hero isn't doing enough damage. You said you were keeping an eye on it, yet you've done nothing at all to improve this hero.

Good luck on getting an answer. They are being strangely silent on this.
How you have a character that was top picked and had the top win rate fell to the absolute bottom in basically a single nerf, and you won’t even give us a definitive answer on whether you’re going to do at least SOMETHING to reverse it, is beyond me. Like they won’t even tell us “We don’t know what we’re going to do, but we’re definitely gonna do something” and then on top of at least confirming that something will be done at least give us a decent deadline on when we can expect to be able to use that character again

Probably because there’s a good chance they don’t. They feel like they’ve spent enough money to get people to stop whining about playing against her and don’t want to hear more low tier, casual players complaining about her because they don’t want to invest some of their grinding time into learning to defend themselves
