Anyone seen Insulin or Lucipus around in the last 24 hours?

I may be misremembering, but I feel that this has happened on previous update release days as well.

I know there tends to be a lot of disappointment around here when updates drop, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone here attack a CM directly for the sins of the devs or publisher. I hope they aren't hiding from us because they think we're going to abuse them. And surely they don't take it personally when we're unhappy with the game.

Or have they maybe been told not to speak to us at all until their bosses can devise a response (or a fobbing off sort of platitude nonresponse thing) to our concerns? But that would be unusual, surely they are used to these regular customer relations disasters and at least have talking points or something standing by?

It feels worse to hear just absolutely nothing, I think. ((((

They have their off day and their jobs is also to take care of things outside of updating and gathering voice through forums and social medias.

It's unhealthy looking at video game forums all day. It's shortening your life. When I, as a regular member and gamer, can't even stand seeing it, I know it's a tough job.

Could be that after a certain person threatened them multiple times in multiple media with a lawsuit, they are all busy talking to legal.

Other than that, yeah, they probably take a few days step back for people to get over the major part of their disappointment and frustration and really think things through. I'm a lot happier with the Silent Spade mission today, than I was say yesterday when I failed the helicopter flight 7 times straight. I now have two strategies for completing that fully in Tier mode(tier 4) without incident so I'm feeling a lot better about the mission in general.

I'm gonna guess that they will wait and then come around.

I'm sorry you had this impression, but I can reassure you that we're not trying to avoid you, at all

We are gathering a lot of feedback coming from you, especially since yesterday, specifically: we are trying to get more information about new bugs that have appeared in the game, but we're also constantly monitoring your conversation and taking notes (even if we do not necessarily step in your conversations).

That being said, we're trying to do our best to communicate with you as soon as we have useful updates in general as we prefer to give you information that you might find useful.

So please, feel free to continue your discussions as these are extremely helpful for us, so we can have a clearer idea about your thoughts on the latest update and more feedback to provide to the developers.

PS: we never take anything personal when you say you don't like the game!
You have all the rights to tell us that you don't like something (yeah sure, ideally it would be amazing to know that everyone like everything, but that's an utopia because each player is different )
The only thing we ask is to follow the basic forum rules, there is nothing wrong in being negative, really.
It's unfortunate when it happens, because it means you're not happy.
But when you express your concerns while following the forum rules: that's very good! Because we don't necessarely need to step in and moderate threads, although I know that we're humans after all, therefore we have emotions and it's not always possible to control those.
