got 'no internet connection' message- (even though i definitely did have a fine connection) on opening the last pack in butters bycicle event. the teamwork one. then the game froze and i didnt get any cards. plz fix

When a pack's opening is interrupted like that the contents do make it to your inventory, but without the usual notifications. Still, it can be impossible to check through and know what you earned, but I should be able to help you there. What is your current in-game name?
