Ubi. Make console 60 fps vice 30, or balance console and PC separately. Doing that will make the player experience exponentially better on console.
If by balance you mean like a teeter totter then its already balanced. Console/pc, feats, and characters all balanced. 😂
Sorry dude but it won't happen... The balancing is based on the pc version and it is so badly balanced, so they will never fix console balancing..
