Usually leave first solo pack unopened till Monday. I do this to write down who's active or freeloading. No problems before, but today (Monday) I was unable to open first solo pack. It's gone for good. Is this going to happen from now on? Doubt Redlynx will give back the pack.

I don’t know if anyone has mentioned. Along with this update came a very disappointing font change. Specifically changing the font colour of the card requests. Making my available card number green makes it virtually impossible to read. Please rectify.

When are we going to learn the results of the community scoreboard? I've been working hard all weekend to get as many points as possible, and I know many others have as well. The last update is for Sunday, so we still don't have final results, since there were still another 10 hours of Monday to account for. It has now been nearly 12 hours since the event ended, yet no word on the status. Did we hit the goal?

P5yC40kenny, they've already acknowledged this on the bug reports forum when I posted this issue in a new forum post over there. They've already said they are going to change it back to a dark colour, and are working on it right now.

Sorry. NathanialHB. Once an event is cleared there isn't a way to restore packs from it. We recommend opening all packs as soon as you earn them so that the chance of this happening is minimal.

P5yC40kenny, Yes! We agree, that font is too difficult to read and it will be changed ASAP.

Cural42, You may have spotted it in the in-game news section, but the New Kids of South Park did reach the goal! I never doubted any of you for a second!

1). About how many players and or accounts does our game have?
2). Are the 12 days of special offers going to include offers using PVP tickets each day?

1) I am afraid I don't have access to that data, probably because it would update too often to easily keep track of.
2) I would assume that the pattern of PvP tickets will continue through the 12 days, but I don't know for sure. The offers team keeps their info close to the chest!

Not true. Steve replied on reddit about this one. They just didn't include it in the visible text because they apparently ran out of room when they added in the extra outfit items. We'll still get cash just like before.

Well, I got tier 6 package, and guess what, without cash in it... Oh, yeah!
