Another Question About the lenght of a ban if you quit the game Infight.....
I heard that Ubisoft ban Game leavers several days if they leave 3-4x in a day a fight.
Is this correct?
If it is so:
The customer buys a product. So he gives Money for this.
Is that legally permissible to ban him for several days only because of leaving a game. He don´t harrass someone, he is only Looking for a new Group.
Where in the contract is this written?
What says the law? This is allowed?

Have you read the User Agreement? I haven't. There's probably a line somewhere in the legal jargon that just says "We do what we want."
Also, we don't own the game as players. We did not buy a product, we just payed for access to stream the service. If we don't need their criteria they can revoke service. As the service provider, they decide what is a punishable offense.
