The Division Resistance is the dumbest ever played! I have never tried this before today. It should be nice to know who invented it. Probably a Swedish... As a bee says here in Norway. I'm not sick, I'm only Swedish. Just so you know, I love the Division. But Resistance, really???
While certainly not the funnest content in the game, it has its charms.
I find it kind of annoying that it can't be paused and I'm not a big fan of "keep fighting until you die" every single time. But, it certainly has a following, particularly with newish players as doing the '~wave 10' thing is pretty efficient way to get classifieds. This is especially true if playing on a team that needs different things and share classy drops with each other.

Walk me through your first time playing through Resistance. What went wrong to make you feel this way?

If you try and play it as intended then unfortunately yes it isn't much fun - but find some experienced players (and pay attention) who've figured out how to get the most out of it it has its charms.
The only two annoyances I find with it is that ammo requirements kind of don't flow well with the gameplay in any form though you can offset that by just having a decent reclaimer and the timer on boss waves - I don't really care about ability to pause it in general but sometimes you hit the boss wave just as a player leaves/disconnects, etc. putting you in a bad position unable to kill the bosses within the time due to that rather than actual gameplay reasons. I can see why the timer is used to stop people being able to infinitely farm a wave for SHD but it can be a meh way to end a good run sometimes.Originally Posted by Bambihunter1971 Go to original post
