Flickering shadows in dialogues and the sound is weird

    1) Flickering
As said above the shadows are flickering in dialogues. Additionaly the characters are flickering too, maybe thats the reason why the shadows flicker? It's happening in every dialogue, not only in some specific ones.
In normal gameplay everything is fine (evrything is stuttering a bit with stable 60fps but this is 'ok').
Windows and graphic drivers are up-to-date. The graphic drivers are fresh installed after uninstalling with DDU in safe mode.
I'm not the only one. A thread in steam shows that some other players suffering with the same issue.
    My System:

    R5 2600
    Vega 56
    16GB G.Skill
Tried on SSD and HDD. No difference.

I tried to disable fullscreen optimization but this didn't help either.

    2) Sound
In cutscenes the sound is great but till it gets into normal gameplay it sounds not good at all. Like everything is recorded baldy. How can I explain? Like a bad download from YouTube or so.
I have a 2.1 Soundsystem by Teufel via USB. In every other game/video/everything it sounds great but only in the gameplay of AC Odyssey it is not that good.
    I watched videos of Gameplay, there aren't these issues ( 1) and 2) ).

Hope this will be fixed soon. The game is great, in my opinion one of the best AC's, but these little things just destroys the phenomenal atmosphere.
I am from Germany, so if there are any mistakes, please don't harm me.

Please fix this common issue!! Shadow flickering and character shaking.

How is this not fixed since Origins i cannot understand. Ubisoft wtf?

    Facts:
    1. The flickering occurs in cutscenes only in the absence of AA.
    2. Having AA on solves the problem but i cannot stand the blurred result.
    3. Some people say the flickering is present only in daytime, i remember some Ubi support asking this. The flickering is present also at night time, but it's difficult to spot because of the lowered contrast , darkened night textures blend with the shadows,,,,
4.This is not a hardware related issue!
    5. Everybody has parkinsons in cut scenes, the characters shake like they are missing frames of animation during an earthquake, how is this not fixed? It's really hard to get lost into the story while i watch my character acting like a vibrator all the time.
    6. Everybody i know have the mentioned issues, no mater the pc specs and settings.
