When is this guaranteed? It never is vs orochi. Seems to sometimes be vs highlander depending on the attack. Just wondering if anyone has a compiled list of when it is guaranteed, and MORE importantly a list of when it is not guaranteed?

I assume it's the top heavy counter on blade blockade.

It is guaranteed on all heavy attacks (yeah, the thing orochis never throw) or on attacks with heavy properties. And it is guaranteed on some low recovery lights I think, this includes dodge attacks and most chainfinishers. All orochi dodge attacks, the heavies, the zone and maybe the finisher lights confirm this. This is from experience only however, I can not say for sure, but I have never seen them blocking it on those attacks.
