If you've missed out on points due to a fault then you're most likely entitled to some points back

I'd check with Support if you're wanting to retrieve the points

I don't fully understand your question but I can tell you that "Unidad Conspiracy" was not, WAS NOT, part of the main game as I had to unlock it via buying it for the 40 points. Now, I don't know if I got it because I went online to check and left it online (normally I play Offline).

Depending on when one not only acquired the game but also the actual release edition, yes "Unidad Conspiracy" as well as "Peruvian Connection" were included and would have been viewed as "simply part of the main campaign". From the material I've read I don't even think they had separate titles. These "extra" missions became available separately in one form or other, post-release.

The Unidad Conspiracy was open to season pass holders or players who played the Tech Test, Closed Beta or Open Beta and played the full game before Mar 31st 2017. For those players it simply appears as part of the main game.

Unidad Conspiracy unlocked fine for me, but the Assassin’s Creed Uniform did not.

I really only cared about Unidad Comspiracy though; I only unlocked the Assassin’s Creed Uniform because U-Play Points expire soon and I might as well spend them on something that isn’t a Pinäta Drone.

In order to clear things up, we need to corroborate what Mike stated, namely that apart from "The Unidad Conspiracy", there are no missions in Media Luna. The wording, "NEW missions in Media Luna", is ambiguous as it can imply distinction from "OLD missions in Media Luna", or as Mike and Blue are affirming, simply refer to missions that were added post-facto ("NEW missions"). The missions names should have been added to "The Unidad Conspiracy" description in order to avoid this ambiguity. Poor advertising communication has resulted in this thread.

Do the following three missions (which I completed long ago) comprise "The Unidad Conspiracy"?:
    1. Media Luna Investigation
    2. The Santa Blanca Prisoner
    3. El Commandante

Pending that corroboration, then the question will remain as to why it was possible to reacquire acquired goods? I purchased the gold edition (long ago), which included the season pass, and by Mike's and Blue's above affirmations, therefore also "The Unidad Conspiracy". Why was my UPlay's Wildlands Club Rewards tab indicating that I had not yet acquired those "NEW missions in Media Luna"?

The answer is, yes. Those are the three missions that were added to my game, and are the only three in the province.

I acquired the game in June, there were no missions in Media Luna nor Inca Camina. The former was listed as unavailable in the rewards page of Uplay, and the latter available as a DLC purchase in the store.

Bottom line, anyone with either of those missions from back at game release should have shown them as already acquired.

Thus the response regarding being owed back 40 points.

Great, now we just need Ubisoft to acknowledge that... my case is, "being investigated".
