I think she's just fine for a 3 cost Legendary and her ability is extremely useful. It doesn't just shield her from direct damage, but also spell damage and warcry protection (especially all the Clydes), as well as protection from NK blast. Dogpoo can be tough 1-1 at higher levels, easier to tank him and pick him off with another unit like an assassin.
