Gaining proximity to the community via for honor partners
I think it would help the entire For Honor community if the dev team would show that they try to be close the players. One way that has somewhat worked 'til now are forums like reddit or the official fh forum, but from time to time it still feels like they are very reserved.
I suggest the addition of For Honor Partners which are supposably content creators who function as representatives of their community branch. The idea is that the devs, in addition to the already existing feedback sources, also obtain feedback from the subcommunities through the partners. More precisely, it would allow the devs to gather more contrete feedback from the community via these contact persons. As I said earlier, I'd suggest that these partners should be people that already have a community or viewer base behind them, such as content creators like streamers or youtubers. Therefor they must match a few criteria like having x-amount of subscribers, x-amount of hours played or feature a high activity. Their task would be to provide the devs with feedback of the general opinion of their community/viewer base and in return the devs show noticeably that they hear out all of them. They could also implement things like ingame emblems of the fh parter or once in a while allow the parter to give away some steel codes, to show that they're actually committed to the community.
To be fair, I did not invent this idea myself, it is heavily inspired by the Warframe Partner concept of the warframe community. After dedicating over 3k hours to warframe and its community, I figured that this partner concept might be one of the reasons why the warframe community is growing constantly and attracts more people to participate in community matters.
So generally this idea could help to channel the opinion of the for honor community and make it overall easier for te devs to keep track of the general thoughts among the players. As I'm one of Faraams moderators/administrator and the one who is managing his discord, I see everyday different opinions on multiple topics and thoughts in the community that might drown in the whirling maelstrom called reddit, in which the community managers might only be able to grasp very few good feedback posts.
I'd be happy to gather your constructive feedback abou this topic!
