Completely agree, contacted support, and they told me to come to the forums

This new expiration system is the worst idea Unisoft has had. There's no need to expire people's hard-earned achievement points!

same i also want to make collection uplay points almost 1k, but ubisoft too greedy ask people to buy directly from their store and make expired system so they get more extra money , it is hard to collect those point, u earn it from club challenge why must they take away what we been accomplish to get uplay points? this is not fair ubi

i disagree with this Club Units: New Expiration System people buy your games and try to to complete club challenge to get club units , then sudden you take all away those people earn, THIEF SYSTEM

Is this an out-of-season April Fool's joke?

It is rather symbolic, really - our loyalty is literally being expired by Ubisoft.

Serious talk now, is this how Ubisoft is trying to re-acquire brand loyalty, by jumping on the bandwagon of bad ideas and penalizing consumers for attention? Taking away what I already earned/bought isn't giving me incentive for repeat business with the brand, rather the opposite.

This seems like a really bad publicity campaign designed to put Ubisoft's name in the news for whatever reason, using those who will now add Ubisoft to a list of companies to not buy from, because we're tired of companies being ******y to us. This is the wrong time to do this, when it seems like every other company is doing the same. That isn't excusing this being a complete bad idea, but it is just compounding the severe NON-loyalty customers have been receiving from all angles lately.

I'm still trying to wrap my mind around how anyone could have thought this a good idea when offering a bonus for buying more games in a certain time - as a reward for loyalty - is an obvious option.

But no, Ubisoft would rather tell us they're going to take our loyalty away.

    Ubisoft, more like Boo-bisoft

I agree that having these points expire is complete bull. There isn't much I can add to this thread that hasn't been said already by others. Just wanted to add my voice to the growing number of people upset at this decision by Ubisoft.

I suspect a former EA guy that got a job at Ubisoft came with this idea "hey lets give a **** about our loyal customers" Im done with Ubisoft...

I really wonder who the person is that thought it would be a good idea to implement this...

Canadians aren't going to lose existing unspent points -_-

That's ridiculous... , why does another county (Canada) not lose their points, but the USA does. That makes no sense what so ever. It is also completely unfair then.

    No one should loose anything...!!
there is no other logical explanation to this other than Ubisoft have become too greedy...

And i see only one solution to greedy businesses, that the fan base speak with their wallets and stop buying from Ubisoft.
They dont care if one or 2 people does that, but if enough do, they will feel it...
