I received answer from Ubisoft regarding the criticism on the new point expiry system.

- The main message of the answer: emphasizing, the new system has been communicated. However, I have seen problems reported due to lack of communication, it can be true at some level. But the fact of communicating a totally unfair system does not legitimate it.

- I was suggesting to apply the point expiry approach only to the points acquired after 1st April 2019. Answer was a kind of push-back saying, this would be a new system. For me it is not a new system, it is the same Ubisoft point expiry approach, implemented in a far way.

- Regarding my note about I am thinking opening a case on the EU customer right page, the answer is very polite. Saying, I can do it if I think it is a good idea. Probably legal dept. is sharping the pencil meantime…
