What kind of ******ed ******** is this?
Whoever invented it should be fired right now. Some of your games give less points than they require to unlock everything. Guess what will happen if I (a completionist) wont be able to unlock every reward for any game I got? I wont buy it or your next game. Period.

    This is just a shame.

If you change the rules, at least do it for everyone as you did for our fellow canadian friends : no expiration for the points earned before today!

I disagree with the new methods

    Totally disagree, with this.

We get those points on conditions that was applying to the product we bought.

We can understand you want to make that kind of change but it should not be apply to the old point.
Our previous point were acquired regularly through payment we did. You can not change that.

I strongly believe that all of our points that have been accumulated since the beginning should not expire, due to them being earned on the pretense that they will be kept forever. Now all points earned after the new expiration system is in place would be fine for ubisoft even though people disagree with this. Ubisoft probably had a change up at the top of the food chain.

    Club Point Expiration? Seriously?

This new policy is so frustrating. As others have commented, the points that we have accumulated before this new policy should be grandfathered in. That is exactly how it is working in Canada, so why make it different for the U.S. These are points I earned and should be able to use as I see fit. If ubisoft wants me to use up a bunch of points then maybe they should offer rewards that are worth using points on. Ubisoft doesnt even make money on these points, its a free service, so what is the incentive to take them away. What a joke.

What a way to **** over your loyal fan base as you stated in the email. Steal the points you've earned is a great way to piss off everyone. Maybe offer better rewards and people would spend them and not save them. Plain and simple if you STEAL points I've already earned then I STOP SPENDING MONEY ON UBISOFT PERIOD. Like others have said fire the idiot that came up with robbing its loyal fan base. I have no problem becoming loyal to another company.

    same boat

I have 1157 and I have no idea what points I will have after they expire. This is a stupid move on their part. I only use Points to unlock single player stuff. I could care less about spending them like cash/credit.
