've been unable to launch the game at all.
When I go to the launcher it pops up the small window with ACOD image on it. Then opens the larger game window but nothing loads in there.
My Drivers are all up to date. I've allowed it in my anti-virus. I'm even running Steam / Uplay/ ACOD all as admin and none of these has helped.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled it at least 5 times now with no difference AND I KNOW FULL WELL MY PC IS UP TO SPEC.
I have also the same problem.
After the update the game is not starting up and crash by the window * press any button to continue* .
I hope they can fix it !

I already play for 82 ours and after update 1.1.1 i could not play anymore.
Yeah, wait for another month and it will get sorted in the next update, which will break the game for new players! I knew it, I shouldn't have brought the legit version! I have the same problem. Got Brotherhood. It wont start. Sent in two files of my pc. NO RESPONS ATT ALL... Verry very bad custumer support. Then i got Odyssay.
Thinking this will work. NO... Haven been able to start the dam thing. Contacted Stem for refund. Just silens from them. Nothing . Uplay and Ubisoft is the worst crap ever!!!

I know some has done so already, but for those who have not. Please create a support ticket here. Please also attach Dxdiag and MSinfo files. You can see this FAQ on how to provide them.
Hi boeltson99, I had a look and I can see you have received two replies to your ticket. I also had a look at the files you have provided and can see the game is crashing while installed on your K drive which is an external hard drive.
