    Graphics messed up

    I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and now all numbers on the menu are white. I can't read my legendary rank and the prices are just white blocks. I don't know how much stuff costs anymore. So I uninstalled and reinstalled again to see if it would fix it but it didn't. Can you help?

    Can you let me know what device you're playing on and what OS it's running? I'm looking into this issue to send a report to our team.

    I'm having this same issue. I have a LG G6. I was running south park just fine on my old LG G6. This only started happening after I installed it on my replacement phone which is also a LG G6. I'm running android 8.0.0

    I'm not entirely sure but I'm has at&t Huawei on it. It runs Android version 6.0.1

    I have heard back about this issue and it looks like a few of players are seeing these white blocks. We're working on a solution now!

    I've got the same issue, I formatted my Samsung S9+ and now cant read the ranks clearly and and cant see prices in the shop

    You should probably let the support staff know that this is a problem, I guess the support staff should also know that you're working on a solution. I finally got a reply back tonight from the ticket I created in game several days ago. The person that replied clearly didn't know this was a problem.

    Hopefully someone who cares will look at it, and then actually read it. The latest reply I got back said they are sorry to hear that I'm not happy with the recent changes that have been made to card balancing. I have no how they got that from me submitting a ticket for problems with graphics in the game, and screenshots of the problems.

    They also let me know that refunds won't be issued. Again, no idea where that part came from, but at least "Eric" showed that money is the only thing they're concerned about.

    It sounds like they were responding to an entirely different ticket. What a weird mix-up. I'll see what I can't find out about it.
