I'd also like to add a few of my own

1. Fix bullet speed with suppressors! PLEASE
2. More plate carrier and helmet options, such as a MICH
3. Extended character customization
4. Enemy patrols or increased presence. You should NOT be able to cruise around Bolivia unimpeded. Along with this..AMBUSHES!
5. Kinda goes with customization, ability to add patches to plate carrier and helmet
6. AI revamp! This could be a farewell gift for the game with SO4
7. Its been said a million times but I have never seen a proper response to the suggestion...Mission generator. Even if its simple objectives like assassinating or capturing an enemy LT

#4 runs counter to who it is exactly that has entered Bolivia, and the mission. To a great extent that's Ubisoft's fault in how they designed the game, including some of the missions. So there's some compromises made, or if you will, some "balancing".

However if the game-world is simply to be a large free-roaming experience to "play in", then yeah, let's make it simply a free-fire zone for all comers ...
