In this quest, you have to kill the 5 champions of the arena to fight Skoura and finish it. I know because its my second playthrough and i didnt have any problem in the first. But now, i get stuck in 4/5, ignoring the last kill despite the order I kill them or the times I repeat. What I can do?

Yes, I load an earlier save file and try the quest like 10 times. I try to do the quest in a different way each time, changing order, speaking or not Maion (Alcmeon in Spanish) to find the arena, meditating to wait days, doing another quest before start or in the middle... Nothing works. Like I said, I didnt have this bug in the first playthrough, but I remember Skoura less robot, with more conversation than "Choose your opponent" that is the only thing that he says to me past the first fight. Looking for this in gameplays, I find that when you complete the first fight, there is a conversation with Skoura and Maion, that didnt appear with the bug. Maybe it prevents that I can complete the quest?
