Hi Ubisoft.

Bought Settlers 2 and 3 HE and am very happy with them.

I also have Settlers 7 from 2010 but I can't buy any DLC's for this game with my edition.
Since I already paid for the base game: Is there a way to pay for an upgrade path to get my edition up to the History edition?

Would be much appreciated!

sorry no, if you want the history editions you must buy them, even if you have a old version on uplay

I have been a supporter of Ubisoft and U-play for quite awhile. Not giving a free or at least heavily discounted upgrade for previous owners to a game "remaster" that basically is just a patch with bug fixes, ui improvements, compatability with newer hardware, and a few textures here and there to make you feel special is just bad business.. Shame on you Ubisoft, shame...

Hello, there's zero differences between the initial Settlers 7 version and the "newer" one. All the problems in the initial version are all there. Uplay is by far the worst client, between Steam, Origin and Uplay and Ubisoft doesn't care since... Uplay has no idea if a game has a DLC or not. Plus 50 other features that Steam has... and Uplay will never have... You've bought Settlers III HE? What a waste, they never bothered to clean the client or at least improve the scaling of the resolution. Not to mention there's no info about what buildings do... or how much they cost to build... and the list can go on...
