GRW Uses 100% CPU But Runs at 70FPS

So as the game received more updates it made the game run and perform really well but ever since Easy Anit Cheat has gotten more updates, it does not let me set the Priority and Affinity which is annoying as I don't have the money to spend on a new CPU.

The game runs well on medium graphics but and runs ok until it hits about 80% and then it just gets stuck 80% CPU Usage that is, I have audio but can't move my CPU goes back to normal usage but I can't do anything the game is just stuck.
I tried reg edit, I tried Launch parameters, I tried changing the files, Disable the overlays, turn off background process, heck I even overclocked my CPU from 3.7 to 3.9 but that doesn't work either. I can run The Witcher 3 just fine same with any new game I even play Division fine too. it's just wildlands that's being annoying.

I want to be able to play online with easy anti Cheat, I just want to be able to change the priority back to normal not high as my CPU is not good enough.

is there any way to make that happen.

    Thank You,

    Yama aka Yamson

    Have a good day ghost.

Little update, Could it be CPU speed not staying above 2GHz? I read somewhere online that this could be a reason why my game just freezes. I don't know how to put stress on the CPU to stay at the right GHz but that would seem ridiclous the game runs fine as it is I get stable FPS no matter what graphics im on. but could it be my CPU not staying the right speed? the minimum requirment for CPU speed is 2.5GHz this really got me thinking.

Anyway, I see you guys reading, just thought that I'd share.

    Hi Ghost_Yama!

Thank you for contacting us. It's very interesting, if you are able to play The Division without any problems as the system requirement for CPU is higher.

As a first instance, we will be asking you to complete the basic PC troubleshooting FAQ and if the issue does persist, please submit a support ticket and provide us with your MsInfo and DxDiag files for further investigation to see what is causing the in-game crash.
