I know for a fact Unlimited used to be available for the WiiU, the thing is for some reason now whenever I click to sign up for the Unlimited, and get redirected to the Nintendo eShop it will always show a "There is no information available for this software title" error.
It appears as it has been deleted from the store. I opened a ticket with support and they said they "fowarded the information to the development team and have no further assistance to offer". Seeing as JD2020 wasn't released for the WiiU I'm not sure they care really much by now.
