I'm closing in on tier 1 myself after playing countless hours since the game first got released and honestly, I'm more than a bit disappointed with the rewards. Currently joining the ubisoft club which takes 2 minutes earns you better rewards than the biggest achievement in-game.
I do however have a few suggestions
1. How about making the name or even just the tier number of the player Golden (Yellow) to stand out from others? Or adding a star Infront of their name instead of that ugly looking 01.
2. I realize this is a long shot but maybe a whole new mission for tier one players only? Would definitely motivate others to grind and could possibly hold a reward, either cosmetic or a unique weapon.
3. More custom items or maybe the ability to cut fences?
4. The ability to play with the difficulty settings after reaching tier 1 and still keeping your weapon upgrades.
That's it for now but the main idea is just to reward all this effort and the exclusive club of people having it.

overall rewards in tier mode r trash also prestige credits for pve only players r low dunno why pvp players r favoured in terms of getting prestige points so many ppl who play loads pvp i saw they got tens thousands of prestige credits and they dont know where to spend those points saw so many ppl wih 100k points and pve player can earn from campaign and tier mode and ghost mode how many 40k? and then weekly challenges so low rewards not mention rate of duplicates u pay 400 credits for box but when u get duplicate u get 20 -3- 40 back thats lol
