I bought JD2019 for the switch two days ago and yesterday was finally able to get unlimited... problem is, it stops to buffer and at the first or second attempt it gives me an error. My internet is actually really good and JD is the only thing that gives me a connectivity error in my house! I bought JD to use unlimited and its impossible... what can I do?![]()

Hey, it is not resolved because its about buffering time. I was able to get unlimited doing the uplay log in into a different game, but any song from unlimited stops and gives an error. And like I said, my internet connection shouldn't be a problemit literally stops to buffer and then gives the error. I have tried with multiple unlimited songs

Hey, I made a support ticket 07438846
BUT I did some experiments and I thnk I found a pattern: so far, songs from unlimited from jsut dance 2018, 2017 and 2016 seem to work fine. but ANY song I try from jsut dance up to jsut dance 2014 IT GIVES THE ERROR.
Why is that?this seems a very specific problem
Was relieved that the switch u-club linking problem was resolved but now this other problem is getting kind of annoying too. Majority of the unlimited songs stop streaming after 10-15 seconds and we get disconnected from the ubisoft server. We instantly know when song is going to kick us out once we see the choppy graphics. We even reset our router just to be sure but the issue still persists.
