Hey Icarvs7, make sure that your Switch has a stable internet connection and is connecting to the correct Uplay account. If you're still experiencing the issue, head over to Ubisoft Support and they'll do their best to help you find a solution for the problem.

just bought the game today (1-13-2019) and i wanted to try the unlimited free trial didnt work so i also tried subscribing before i saw these threads and nothing is this game busted or what? i need a quick fix i would like to play with the unlimited songs too!!
Hey Arleneex3, if you are unable to access Just Dance Unlimited, make sure that you have a stable internet connection and are properly connecting to Nintendo and Uplay. If the problem persists, please submit a ticket with Ubisoft Support and they'll do their best to help you find a solution.

This issue just popped up for me the last few weeks and it's kind of a buzz kill from your services and development abilities.
