I didn't know of what mission you guys were talking about so I went on youtube to look for it and oh my God, 3 minutes into a 20 min youtube video and I am busting a gut here looking at this video because... I didn't think anybody would drive as bad as I do in this game but again, google things and you'll find other people have done it before and sometimes not for the best

@ min 4:45 you can also see how a rebel patrol (inside the base mind you) is chilling out while apparently drinking a cup of Joe

Sync shot might help, but not if Unidad are respawning the instant they are killed. My belief is that with respawning Unidad in the base, it’s not possible to escape alive, unless you somehow lure the officer out of the compound. I think that’s the way I need to try and do this.

For the record, I’m playing lone wolf, regular difficlty, with skills (except no Drone or Squad skills).

As an aside, playing Lone Wolf without a squad, I’ve become very effective at living without Sync Shot. In some cases, it requires more patience as you wait for an enemy to be out of sight from his buddies before turfing him, but usually, I am quick enough in regular difficulty to take down 3, 4 or even 5 Cartel enemies in my FoV before any of them gets to an alerted state (Unidad are different). It depends on how close they are and whether they are moving etc. That’s partly the slower reaction time in regular difficulty and partly practise.
What platform are you playing on? I'm playing on PC.

The respawning Unidad I've only experienced in Tier mode. Even then it isn't instant, it typically takes a few minutes before they respawn, but yeah they can pop back into the base while I'm still there. I just thought it was a feature of tier mode.

When I did this lone wolf, still in tier mode, just did it again at 10, what I did was lure the boss out with the noise make drone, and whoever comes out with him. I stretch them out a good bit into the desert . Once they are a good ways out, I wait for them to relax and start to head back. Anyone between me and the boss I take out with a silenced pistol or H2H. Then I grab the boss, drag him further into the desert, like back over the hill so I'm out of line of sight of the base, and interogate him there.

Something else I've found. When you grab an enemy, you can use them them as a human shield. They make great bullet sponges so that you can down nearby enemies with your pistol. This has worked for me in tier mode when the enemies start to pop back into the base. I keep him between me and them, and down them with my pistol while retreating into the desert.

I'm starting to feel a lot better about my driving then, the more video walkthrough I look at, the more I realized either other people suck as much as I do, perhaps even more or the game is just that bad at driving with KB+M. To be Honest, this guy in the video looked to be playing on Console with a controller and his driving was atrocious.

Was This Unidad Conspiracy part part of a DLC or was it part of the main game and I just forgot I did it? I mean, the base looks familiar but perhaps I just went there to get the Weapons crate at that F.O.B. and I did not do the whole mission. I couldn't finish the video, work got in the way, hence, why I am asking.

It was a pre-purchase of the game reward DLC. It's listed under club rewards on your Uplay GRW account display (i.e., no way to now get the "reward".) Without the DLC the province has no story, just the various collectibles.

Ahhh, pre-purchase is not a word in my vocabulary, let alone when it comes to UBI. Truth be told, I wouldn't pre anything from any Company, they are all pretty much the same rats now a days.

It now is also bundled with the Season 1 pass. That was how I got it. I bought the season 1 pass because it gave me all the DLCs and some other nice perks I don't remember now.
