    Songs still gone

    The songs came back during the last happy hour and were playable etc but they're gone now so and I hadn't changed my DNS settings before then so I'm not sure that that is the problem for me?

    What should my DNS settings be? I just had it on automatic so I'm clueless really

    Songs still gone

    Hi,

    Yes I'm still having issues. All the just dance unlimited songs have disappeared. I've raised a ticket (07403207) which has been escalated apparently so I'm just waiting for a response

    Am I the only one who still can’t get this to work? I tried the ac odyssey thing but it just tells me I can’t play it if I don’t live in Japan. I created a Japanese account and everything. There’s no option to log in to Ubisoft.

    Hey falkedup, I believe the root issue should be solved now. If you are still experiencing trouble connecting your original account to Uplay, please submit a ticket to Ubisoft Support and they'll help you find a solution.

    I have the same problem, I make a ticket 08203298, but Ubisoft don't have solution for this.

    I have the same problem I did all the Japanese account process but I can even link the ubisoft account. I don't know what to do, mine worked good until I got a second Nintendo switch console, everything was good until my 90 days purchase expired and then when I subscribed again couldn't make work JDU
