Welp the same thing is happening to me as well and i cannot seem to find a fix anywhere i tried to buy r6 siege while 75% off and i tried to buy it with 2 different cards and it does not work i will send the support ticket number now please take it :07899456
Fix this problem if this isn't fixed i will probably never buy anything from ubisoft ever or even play your games.
I also have the same problem for the last few hours. I'm trying to buy some of the assassin creed games, I payed for Rogue and Might & Magic VI with my paypal without any problems a few hours ago. Now I'm trying to buy some Creed games but I'm getting this stupid error. Doesn't matter if use a promotion code on them or not, still getting the same error message without even redirecting me to paypal.
@IPoplola I was able to find your ticket. I apologize for the delay in response. I do not see any purchase attempts under this account, which means you should not have been charged. I would recommend these browser steps and to try again. If it did charge your account, please provide a screenshot of a bank statement for the transaction on your ticket.
@Capomaniak83 I do not see a support ticket for you regarding this issue. If you are still having problems, please submit a ticket to your local shop team so they may investigate this for you. I'd also recommend the browser steps as well for you.

Same problem here. I attempted to buy division 2 with paypal as well as credit card. This pops up "Oops, your payment could not be processed. Don't worry, no amount has been withdrawn from your account. Please try again or choose a new payment method. If the problem occurs more than once, please contact your bank or contact us"
Hi guys! As I mentioned above, if you are still getting this error message please submit a screenshot of it and what you were trying to purchase through a support ticket. Once you've submitted a ticket, please reply back so we can follow up on it.
I solved this by buying the game through steam and re-downloading the entire game again last night... We tried to purchase 5 times through Uplay and the Ubisoft website last night and the purchases would not go through, no error message at all, the buttons labeled complete purchase simply remained greyed out no matter what we tried, including 5 different payment options...
