    Bought R6, Never Got Game | Ripped off

    I just bought r6 complete edition for 50 AUD due to black friday 65% off aswell as getting a further 20% off for 100 club units. Straight to error screen after payment, order history says I have never bought anything. Payment went through to ubisoft. Absolutely ripped off.

    First write to support not on the forum. Second. Couple of weeks ago you wrote that you have standard edition. So what is it?

    Support would've got back to me in weeks, black friday thrown out window. I do have standard, but the complete edition costs just 50 bucks with 100 club units and black friday discount. I am trying to buy the COMPLETE EDITION. I do not want a free game, I want to NOT be scammed of 50 bucks and 100 club units and get the game I PAID FOR. Toxicity carries over to forums aswell?

    That aint toxicity lmao, look if you truly were “scammed” and the payment went through. screenshot of bank transaction. Send to ubi support, they generally reply quite quickly.

    Edit: sorry, if you CANT show the bank transaction, ubi can look into it and see if they gained money from you

    I have created a support ticket, first thing I did. I'm working on adding the transaction screenshot. Thing is they will take weeks to respond, at least if you go by last black friday, where people had the EXACT same problem. On another thread I found after posting this dozens of people have the same problem. This is what I posted to that

    Hey UbiSailorScount. Can you confirm some things for me? And do not direct me to the direction of support, as seen by the comments on this thread from a year ago, they will take weeks to respond, and as a customer who has paid for a product yet not received it, I feel like these questions are completely reasonable.

    1 - On your side did my payment go through and I did not receive the game?
    2 - If so, is the Authorization Hold released automatically as stated in a response form a support case I found.
    3 - If so, are my 100 club units also being reinstated?

    4 - If the 3 are all yes, can I buy the game again and hope it works this time?
    5 - If so, do you have server traffic charts or a recommended time to purchase R6 Complete Edition again?
    6 - Also, if so, do you recommend to purchase on the web store or uplay client?

    Please note I do have Rainbow Six Siege Standard Edition on my uplay, that was purchased from G2A months ago. I am trying to buy the Complete Edition.

    In the meantime, I will work on getting the transaction screenshot to add to my support ticket which I have already created, in a small hope they will have a speedy response before the end of Black Friday. I may sound like a cheapskate, but when a full game is over 120 bucks off, you know....
