They should have incorporated everything into the main game, and just expanded the borders to add new Provinces where the expansions would take place.

For months I've been slowly and steadily working on working my way up the tiers. I've got a maxed out character with nearly every weapon and accessory unlocked. I've got lots of cool cosmetics and, since Fallen Ghosts starts after the conclusion of Wildlands, I was, logically, assuming that my progress would carry over. It does not.

Now don't get me wrong. I'm cool with starting fresh with limited gear and needing to develop my rebel skills again. That makes perfect sense. In fact, had I been God on the dev team, I wouldn't have given the players as much as they did. What is eating a bloody hole in my guts, however, is that none of the tier 1 progress carries over. It's a completely seperate character. Which means that "Old Glory" tattoo that I bloody well earned, thank you very much, isn't available. The bloody game even has the gall to show it to me in the cosmetics section and tell me that it can be unlocked at tier 30... except for the fact that you can't make any progress in the tiers while playing the DLC.

I don't know how to respond with anything even remotely resembling civility to this.

Up to a point though, it is more believable that your helo got shot down during exfill (?) and now you have to search for weapons than getting to an insertion being a bad *** operator and having to search all Bolivia for parts of your bad *** weapons.

And Also why none of the FG carries over to the main game. Now, being said that and the fact that they dropped the DLC 2 days after launching the main game, one could agree with you and say everything should have been used everywhere since nothing they said would happen with the world happened anyways.
