Hello everyone.

I bought the fire marching edition on steam and I thought all the heroes would come unlocked/recruited to play, but with the exception of those from the expansion, I have only 1 from each faction recruited. Those with a yellow helmet symbol cost 500g each to recruit.

Hey though7s,

The heroes in the game are accessible online, but to customise them you need to unlock them which costs 500 gold.

The other locked heroes belong to the Season Pass.
