I'm experiencing the same problem as several other users and can't enter challenge mode at all. There is no button for me to access it although I am level 11 and have been above the level limit for the past week as well. Every other event works as it should so I'm a little confused as to why challenge mode doesn't. My ingame name is bennyboots. I would really appreciate any help that I could get with this issue.

We did have an issue with this, but we've sorted it out now. You should be able to play, but do let me know if you're still having trouble.
