I’m playing Odyssey and I can’t get the Sam Axe because the daily login isn’t working on the app. Help please

Make sure to access Sam at least once before launching your game.

If the problem persists I'll need more information:

1. Are you playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey on PS4, Xbox or PC?
2. Are you're using iOS or Android? (Model?)

Playing on Xbox One. so it's access Sam, start playing, check Sam again? You guys need to make that a bit more clear

Started playing, days later tried the rusty bucket of bolts. Sam told me to start playing one of the games. Logged in and out of the game, nothing. Logged into game, chatted with Sam, nothing. 50 hours of game play in.

Game: Assassin's Creed Odyssey
Platform: Google: Projectsteam
Phone app: Sprint Samsung 8+

PS; the phone app is crap. If you access the forums with it, the back button completely exits the forums, every page had to auto reload it's self 3 times, everything button is an icons with no indication what they are for. Kinda weird you have to login after you login to the app.

Im having the same issue. I have gotten several push notifictions but no Sam's Axe. Its still showing as locked.

In my case Sam doesn't even recognize that my notifications are already turned on for ubisoft club, so I don't even have the choice of the daily login so I can get the axe
