    me and a friend of mine also are not able to see the button, my account name is Fötus Maximus, im lvl 11 and pve stage 48, my friends accoubt is Ji z letto (without the spaces in between from J to o), lvl 9 and also on pve stage 48, been trying to fix it for the past weeks but bever seemed to find this forum, could you please help us? would be great!!!

    Same issue

    Hi Ubi-Toller. I also have been playing for a few weeks and have never seen the 12 win or 3 loss challenges (just screenshots so I know they exist). Lvl 12, completed PVE (all at least once, 269 total) and 43 in PVP. The “token” challenges show up. But just news for one like this Hyperdrive challenge. Please fix it. Also, please answer for us all WHY this happened. What are you fixing to get it to work for some people quickly? Thanks. -Kirium99

    Ok, everyone who has reported in this thread have been reported to our very helpful team and they are on the case!

    Kirum_, I'd love to be able to tell you exactly what the issue is, but alas, I am not that techy. Whatever it is though, it's something we can pinpoint and the team is working on releasing a wider solution.

    Compensation

    Thank you for fixing the issue, I can now see challenges, and even experienced the messaging part of the game.

    Unfortunately, I’ve spent quite a bit of money recently due to feeling weaker than others my level. Rightfully so as they were pulling in additional free cards and upgrade materials while I was not due to your bugged system. You processed my payments just fine.

    Are you willing to provide me some sort of compensation or do I have to consider a refund?

    Wonderful news! I'm glad to hear it's all working for you now.

    Any kind of refunds would need to be processed through the platform you made them with. That's not something we would deal with on our end.
