Unable to play Challenge Mode | Forums

I'm experiencing the same problem as several other users and can't enter challenge mode at all. There is no button for me to access it although I am level 12 and have been above the level limit for the past weeks as well. Every other event works as it should so I'm a little confused as to why challenge mode doesn't. My ingame name is Eliasdaka. I would really appreciate any help that I could get with this issue.

I am having the same issue as others on the forum where challenges are not appearing for me.
I am able to participate in events and I see the news about challenges, but the button to participate is not showing up.

*Note: Several friends have had the same issue on android devices (galaxy/samsung devices as well) but my friends on apple have never had an issue - in case you want to look deeper.

hi. got the same issue. there is no challenge button in PvP menu.
PvE completed. Level 11. tag: TEXHAPb_rus
iphone 8, ios 12.1
