[PC]Can't buy a Year 1 hero bundle on Black Friday | Forums

I'm buying a Year 1 Heroes Bundle in For Honor (i do purchase in-game menu, not in Uplay),after a loading a get an error "There was an error processing the payment. No money was debited from your account.Please try again".

didn't help either.
What could be the problem and how to fix it?

I do see that the purchase wasn't successful. I recommend checking the information for the card on file to make sure it is correct. Also make sure Uplay and Steam are running as administrator.
