I finished Ghost Mode and noticed couple bugs very early regarding weapon attachments, I was too busy to play and didn't bother to take screenshots or report it.

So I started another save and used AK-12 and TAR-21 as an example. Vertical Foregrip is also unlocked and Mk249 has Long Barrel equipped by default, even though I haven't picked them up.

Weapons which uses 7.62x39 mags or 5.56 STANAG mags has their extended mags (30) unlocked without finding that attachment, map shows that I haven't found any attachments in that region. If I go that location, it's empty and until I find attachments Intel it doesn't show as 1/x on map.
