I have got green NAT, my friend has red one. We cant play together because none of us cant join group for unknown reason. What should we do?

Your friend should follow the steps in our connectivity FAQ to change their NAT if possible.

It didnt help us. Anyway, I am player with GREEN NATO, anyone can join my group: yellow NAT, red NAT. But it doesnt work...

Hey MadCat1027, I am sorry that this didn't resolve the issue.

I understand you are the host, but it's best for all players to have green NAT when playing online, to ensure the best connection to our servers.

As your friend is still having this issue, please ask them to create a support ticket, with a screenshot of their port forwarding settings included.

When they do this, we can look into the issue further
