[FEEDBACK]+[SUGGESTION] Please add an option to disable squad voices alone

A serious issue that ruins the enjoyment quality of GRW is the surpurflous squad chatter. I do not mean the squad chatter that is story related which occurs on missions and the tactical audio in combat. That is always fine, important and immersive, what I'm referring to is the surpurflous repetitive general chatter which is annoying.

[SUGGESTION] Please add a separate volume option or disable option for ALL non story related and non combat related squad chatter. I want to hear all voices in the game and mission related audio without that constant annoyance of the endless complaints from the squad. Quite frankly even letting me know which files to delete forever will do if that's an easy fix.

Honestly if you play this game a lot it becomes unbearable.

Thanks, love the game a lot. I'll buy anything you make from now on, that's how much I believe in you and Iove this game.

Agreed. This is even more important when playing in alone Wolf mode where it makes absolutely no sense for anyone to say anything. The constant “Unidad bird on patrol, stay down!” Was a helpful reminder the first few times, but after hearing it every 5 minutes for the last few months, it’s gotta go.

Agreed! That is very annoying and makes no sense! At some point they changed the game so you can play alone but never fixed all the issues related to that. That needs to be addressed.

For me the top three most annoying audio things are ...

    - When you get into a chopper they complain with audio like "call this squad cohesion?" and other annoying variants. You have to hear them whinge 50 times a game session. Just shut the hell up already!

    - When I farm convoys they complain at me the entire time about hitting the main truck while I'm intentionally shooting it so it will stop. Why would they add that audio track which harasses me for playing the game properly??

    - Every time I accidentally kill a civilian they abuse me like I'm some kind of incompetent idiot who doesn't care about people. The tone of voice the actor uses is really insulting. He uses a tone like I'm some dumb little kid who's been told a thousand times and doesn't listen. It's real life insulting.

All these things are nothing but an endless irritation and often inappropriate. The game is worse for them, not better. These audio issues need to be addressed.

Coupled with the absolutely atrocious squad AI and this really is necessary. Not the essential, story related dialogue, but the nagging! The nagging has got to go.

.....one of the many requests the community has had over the past 1 1/2 years or so. You should have played the game when it first came out. It was much worse with the bad jokes and even more annoying chatter. They actually already addressed this in one of the first TU's believe it or not.

I actually miss the original team chatter. Bad jokes and all. It made things much more realistic. I wish there had been more voice lines so that the same bad jokes didn't get recycled quite so often, but in my experience on a deployment, and under stress, you hear the same stupid jokes over and over again. It is where the "Shut Up Carl" memes came from.

Toggle options would be nice, but seriously even door kickers deal with that stuff over open team circuit under fire.

I have to agree with Bone here. The only squad chatter I don't like is certain lines that are automatically triggered when you go by certain places, like the stuff about the silver mine, the Beauty Queen, etc. It could be something that is oblivious to the fact that you've already taken care of that person. It just makes the game less immersive.

Let me clarify, I don't mind such chatter at all, just don't have it keep playing if you've already dealt with the Beauty Queen or whatever they're talking about.
