    PC - Issues with VISUAL CUSTOMIZATION SYSTEM

    Like the latest article on Transmog says, you should be able to customize your stuff retroactively.

    For me this is not working at all. I can´t even use the skin of a gearpiece i am currently having in my inventory to change the appearence of another gearpiece (same part).
    It still says, that i first have to obtain the gear in order to use the skin. (All skins are greyed out)

    What´s going on? Did anything went wrong while patching? I already checked the game data via Uplay-Client and no corrupted data was found. next step would be to reinstall the whole game.

    Is there any other way to deal with that "issue"?

    Hey there,

    We are investigating reports of the customisation not functioning correctly in-game, if not at all. We have forwarded it off to the dev team to take a look into. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I'm having the same issue with customization system on PC, yesterday after patch it wasn't even generating a list of possible customization's, now it generates list of possible customization's just none are available "You must loot this item to apply this visual" for all options/ all gear.

    Same for me. After adding all the stuff I stored on the Adrestia to my inventory and then storing it again - I was able to use those items, but nothing I've looted in the past and dismantled or sold is available for customization. I'm level 49 so I should have a LOT of stuff available .......... just sayin.

    Same here on PC.

    I've been trying to change the visual appearence of my Spartan Wolf helmet, like 10 times, without any success ( I don't like the gold color ingame ... )

    I was also wondering if maybe I was doing something wrong so I tried to find a tutorial somewhere but I didn't find any either.

    Exact same issue... at first after the patch it wouldn’t generate a list, now today it generates a list but nothing is available. I’m level 50 with multiple legendary sets and a ton of collectibles. Xbox One X version here.

    Visual Customization System not working for Uplay Reward Items

    None of the Uplay Reward items I have redeemed are showing up in the visual customization system options for their respective weapon types in AC Odyssey except the Arcane Sword.

    Clearly you guys do not care about your customers..This is IS STILL HAPPENING AND ITS BEEN YEARS !! FIX YOUR ISSUES
