Unable to play challenge | Forums

I’ve been playing this game for 2 weeks, my new kid is at level 12. But I don’t have the option to play challenge mode. I’ve submitted a ticket to support but haven’t heard back from them. Does anyone else have this bug? And how was it resolved?

It may be because you need to finish the PvE adventure portion of the game to have it unlocked. At least I believe it works like that now.

I’ve finished all 60 stages. I don’t think that’s it. I don’t even have the option to join challenge. I think you are suppose to have a button you can click to join the challenge screen. I don’t even have that button.

I have the same problem my in-game name is deathpactt.
I am lvl 14 and not adventure locked. option to challange is just not there.
