In the same game session, bring Antonio, El Gato, and El Boquita to Itacua, and kill them all with a single C4 explosion.You can do this Task Force Challenge on "Arcade Mode" and it will be very easy to do then. No sense in working harder than you have too.

The trick is to do "El Gato" mission and spook him into running away from the Santa Blanca Outpost. Then EMP the vehicle and grab him. Then you can get El Boquita and Antonio and take them to a "OPEN FIELD" to blow them up.
