I just both the game last month with a season pass year 1 and the dlc.I just successfully finished the campaign of sam fisher and my problem is it didn't unlock the sonar goggles after the mission.can someone tell me what can't I unlock the said goggles.

The goggles are not a mission reward. They are the reward for completing the Sam Fisher Challenge, so the challenge has to be active, to unlock them. I don't know if it's because all of the splinter cell cell gear was part of the S2 pass, or if it was a mere oversight, but it's the only special mission, that doesn't have a reward for completing the mission for the first time, regardless of when you complete it.

The goggles were part of the Challenge relating to the Sam Fisher missions. The end date for that challenge has passed, and it can no longer be completed. If you'd like to have the challenge available again in the future, I can pass on that feedback to the team.
