Welcome to the Forums! I found a thread online that may help with your situation:

"When you turn on the second move controller. It should bring you back to the PS user select screen. Don't select your main user again. Select a different user or guest. It will then take you to the PS home screen where you can go into the just dance game and both move controllers will stay connected."
