[PC]Update broke in game Uplay menu again | Forums

All I get is a blank black rectangle with a blue box hanging out the top part. This first happened to me a month ago out of the blue idk if it was after an update or not. I just turned off the game and when I got back into FH the Uplay menu was just like that. Now imagine how to my delight the menu spontaneosly fixed itself yesterday and, today I shift + f2 to see if i've gotten any messages... I get a rectangle that's useless to me.

Sorry to hear this issue has come back for you. Can you try running Uplay PC as Administrator in the first instance?

Yo, Well I did as you said and it disabled steam overlay. Didn't solve the blank Uplay menu either.

That's great, thank you for sending the images over.

To ensure that there are no issues with your installed Uplay client, if you could reinstall it and once it's done, if you can verify your game files too and then see if the issue persists

Can you try clearing your Uplay PC cache, and also check to disable/close any other overlays from software such as Discord, Steam, Fraps or MSI Afterburner.

Hello i'm back again today. No such luck with fixing the u.i with that method. I only have steam running in the background when I launch For Honor so I did disable the ingame u.i but that didn't do anything. Next I tried deleted the cache in the uplay launcher folder and, it still didn't fix the problem.
