Yup, there are multiple animation as well as clipping issues. However AI animation isn't the same as coding for what a player can do, or not.
Yes, I miss not having a sliding feature when you're running and press the crotch key (or button).

It would have been nice had Ubisoft taken the time to upgrade FG when customizing your AI team was made available. I decided in FG to use the default Nomad outfit for that reason.

FC5 was the result of a franchise that had been in a steady decline since FC2 and finally hit rock bottom IMO.

As mentioned, there was nothing brilliant about FC5 and I certainly hope that GRW2 (if there ever is one) will not take any cues from FC5 for many of the reasons mentioned here not to mention others I could list. ......just no.

What I get a kick out of is when you knock out sleeping enemies, and the next guy will lay on this blood-soaked bed/cox. To say nothing of the patrolling enemy coming across a weapon and very noticeable pool of blood ...
I have been surprised on occasion that a dead body is discovered... clearly they can keep the bodies around if they want to. It’s odd that they wipe them so instantly in most cases though. It’s not like a dead corpse uses more system resources than a live guy walking around. So as you kill people, the net use of system resources should go down. I could see having the game engine periodically clean up after 5 minutes or something so you don’t have a mountain of bodies after a prolonged Unidad level 4 alert.

IOW, the FC series can only go "up" if there's a FC6? ... 😁

That the despawning isn't consistent is quite clear. I believe I've noticed a difference if a mission is active at a location versus not. Tactics-wise I assume such during a mission and thus attempt to drop close-by enemies away from their normal area, even if I'm moving on to another area of the location.
Perhaps the formula is a combo of time, distance, LOS, and scripted activities.

also i dont understand why they lock all the tier items in fallen ghost. if we bought that dlc lets us use our tier items in fallen ghost. wtf and cant even customize your ai either. fallen ghost actually has some better gameplay elements then main game, wish they would bring some stuff over to the main campaign.
If the later Splinter Cell games and GRW use the same game engine, then allowing sliding or not is for some other reason.
I for one can't think any other less ghost-like activity then riding a train and shooting from it, unless it's hovering over a convoy or base in a helos and blasting away! However as a means for get from point A to B, yeah that would be nice.

Edit: Splinter Cell and GRW do not use the same engine.

Yeah, FC5 was it for me. Ubi simply continues to kill their franchises for me. I was so bitter about AC after Black Flag that I skipped the last two that were supposedly decent. ....and I won't be buying FC6 unless there are some huge, dramatic changes. I'm not even sure if I'll be interested in the DIvision 2 or a future Watch Dogs to be honest. .....call me gun shy at this point in relation to their products.

If GRW2 ever comes to fruition, I fear they'll take that in a direction I won't like either based on some of the decisions they made with GRW after release.
