[SUGGESTION] Make Available UNIDAD Conspiracy mini-DLC

Since the Peruivan Connection mini-DLC was released following the beta/game release, I don't understand why the other isn't for sale by this time.

For additional in-game play content I'm willing to purchase, but not any this cosmetic fluff, which for me has no real value.

I know this has been mentioned previously, buried within other threads however.

I’ve asked about this and been shot down twice.

It makes no sense. They sell the Preorder Bonus, so why not the Beta Bonus? It’s not like anyone who has played the beta hasn’t yet gotten around to downloading it, and it’s worth Prestige Points in Ghost Mode, so they’d easily make money if they made it purchaseable.

Indeed, it makes no sense. I assume a reason for stating "no" was never forthcoming.

The reply I got back said that they intended for Unidad Conspiracy to be an exclusive reward for beta players, which makes no sense considering that the Lre-Order bonus wasn’t kept exclusive to those Pre-Ordered.

It’s basically a surefirr money maker too. It’s already in the game and requires nothing but bypassing the paywall to access, so why they haven’t bothered baffles me.

Maybe the fact that it’s on U-Play as a reward makes it impossible to just sel an unlock key on the in-game store?

UNIDAD Conspiracy... You mean the one that happens in Media Luna? I thought you got that with the Season 1 pass. That's how I got it.

    EDIT: I was right

Because whenever they sell something, morons will give them the buzzword 'greed'.
    ---

Just call it 'DLC'. DLC or Add-on is general term for any optional purchasable or redeemable digital items to be used in the game. There's no such thing as 'mini DLC'.

The new 'Free Update' term is already as stupid as it is since so many uneducated gamers always ask if an Update comes free of charge. Don't be surprised if in the future game platform companies charge us for patch/update.

    EDIT: I was right
There's nothing stating it's for the Season 1 unfortunately. It states "Season Pass Holders" and in the shop section of Uplay that item is selling for $39.99. I find nothing regarding Season 1, only 2 is listed separately, and that's listed at $29.99.

I'm not interested in whatever else might be contained in these "passes". I of course won't be purchasing them to simply get a mini-DLC that contains 3 missions of additional in-game play.

Thanks however for the link on how it is apparently available, packaged within other offerings by Ubisoft.

Well obviously they only said Season Pass back when it was revealed because they had no idea the game would be so popular a year + later that a Y2 SP would be a thing.

I totally agree that gameplay DLC is far better than cosmetic stuff though. I've even go as far to say I prefer it over additional weapons and vehicles too.

What I'd do is simply keep an eye out for a drastic, and I mean DRASTIC drop in the price of the pass from season 1.

Not on my PS4, so I can’t check the PSN Store. Can you even buy the Season 1 Pass anymore?
