Yes there was an issue with the offer being incorrectly displayed behind some other offers. This was fixed a few hours ago, and the time for the offer was extended, to give everyone an extra chance to get the PvP ticket offer, in case they missed it. We will also post the "Crown" outfit offer again later in the week, for users who may have missed it!
